Footballs manufacturing, steps and procedures

Design and Panel Creation:

The design for the ball is developed, and the individual panels are created from high-quality synthetic materials. These panels are often hexagonal and pentagonal shapes.

Printing:

Bonding:

The panels are bonded together using specialized adhesive techniques. This bonding helps create a sturdy and seamless surface for the ball.

Stitching:

The panels are stitched together using a combination of hand-stitching and machine-stitching methods. This stitching reinforces the bond between the panels and adds to the ball’s durability.

Bladder Insertion:

A rubber or latex bladder, which gives the ball its bounce and shape, is inserted into the stitched panels.

Layering:

Lamination and Coating:
